An Accepted Pre-PT’s Application Statistics

“Comparison is the thief of joy”

Do not let any of my personal experiences make you feel less than or insecure about your own application. Thankfully, PT schools focus on more than what students look like on paper. Your GPA, application statistics, and experiences do not have to define you as a person or a student.

I personally wanted to be transparent and share my own application statistics because this is something I felt was lacking online. A lot of the application resources I used felt like releasing their grades could be seen as bragging or gloating, but I wanted to see where I fit in with other Pre-PTs and learn about what I could improve upon. Of course, PT schools will release their accepted applicants’ averages, but it is nice to see it at the individual level as well. I hope this is helpful and answers some questions about realistic application statistics.
